Andersen Press

I’m very happy this picture book has been made. Dementia is a topic that many children will come into contact with through their aging grandparents. As an adult, it can be incredibly difficult to come to terms with parents and grandparents losing their memories. For children, it must be very confusing to comprehend.

It’s a premise for a picture book that I assume would be difficult to get published. It may be considered too niche or not on trend. I commend Andersen Press for seeing its value.

The book has been written and illustrated carefully and with sensitivity. It’s a wonderful book and one I am very happy to own.
